It feels like in the winter you are in the garage. The staff is great especially Joe the maintenance staff.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live besides parking issues — We love our new condo. However we came home from vacation to find new fire lane signs. Now my guests have to walk over a hundred yards just to visit. If we can't park around the island why didn't you make it guest parking instead of just grass Very disappointed.

|Recommended: YesBefore move to Aria townhouses. We live in our 4000sq ft family home for 15yrs. We always said we were going to down size once our kids were up and gone and retirement life was around the corner. Well, Aria townhouses was a great decision. It feels like home. It is nice, well kept landscaping, quiet and neighbors are nice.
Let me say the front office staff has been and is great too
The maintenance mgr Joe is just a great guy. He is so helpful, friendly and willing to make feel like you are his priority when you put in a service request.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance Manager — I've lived at Aria for 11 months now and as it is with all new construction there always are minor issues that come up. I must say that the Maintenance Manager Joe has been very quick to respond all of our work order request. It almost seemed like he was at our door the moment we pressed the send button. Joe is very friendly and very approachable when it comes to us asking him about anything at all concerning our condo. Having a person like that working for Aria is part of the reason we love it here. He gives us real piece of mind with those things we worried about when we lived in our own home. Thank you Joe for be friendly and efficient.

|Recommended: YesAwesome place to live — I love this place. If I could I would actually buy out my unit and just have it as an investment. The unit is beautifully done with great upgrades. Nice open floor plan, a lot of space and the square footage was utilized so well. Im currently building a home and if I could id go back and have lombardo build it for me.

|Recommended: YesWe love it here — We relocated back to Michigan after living out of state for 12 years. We were looking for a permanent place where we could live for many years. We have found it in Aria of Shelby. The homes are new and spacious with lots of closet space. Every unit has an attached garages and a basement, which is a real plus. The units are extremely quiet. We have never heard a single sound from our neighbors on either side. Some units like ours have breathtaking, private views of a pond. Maintenance is prompt and very courteous Joe is the best , and management is very good. The grounds are very well maintained, as well. The only reason for not giving a 5-star rating is that a little more care could have been taken in some aspects of construction, such as wall finishing and floorboards. But otherwise, Aria of Shelby is perfect.
